Terms of Service for OP Bot

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is between skipstheyeti ("Bot Owner") and the user ("User") of the OP Bot (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, the User agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Prohibited Use: Do not use the Bot to violate laws, Discord's terms, or others' rights. No spamming, harassment, or commercial exploitation.
3. Limitation of Liability: The Bot is provided "as is" with no warranties. skipstheyeti is not liable for any damages, including data loss or interruptions.
4. Modifications: The Bot may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Indemnification: You agree to hold skipstheyeti harmless from claims arising from your use of the Bot.
6. Termination: This Agreement can end at any time. Cease use upon termination.
7. Entire Agreement: This is the full agreement; no prior representations apply.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to these terms.
